The Roimata is 64mm long and 34mm at its widest. The back of this Roimata / drop is shaped so that it is comforting to rub with the thumb while being worn.
The Roimata / drop is carved from pounamu we have collected from the South Westland Area, on the West Coast of the South Island in New Zealand.
The Roimata / drop has an extremely strong, waxed nylon cord so the pendant can be worn ALL the time - even in any kind of water. The cord is adjustable by pinching the special knots between your thumb and finger and pulling.
Pendant Meaning: The Roimata / Kuru / Drop encourages knowledge, confidence and independence. It gives positive energy, helps healing and is often called the comfort stone.
This Roimata also has the Koru carved on the front. The Koru symbolises the new fern shoots - growth, harmony and new beginnings. It often represents an individual person, the family as a whole, and important time, place, event or accomplishment in ones life.
