Please note: Custom-made and personalised pounamu pieces are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are crafted to individual specifications.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be returned in their original condition.
