The Roimata is 59mm long and 28mm at its widest. The back of the Roimata / drop is shaped/scalloped so that it is extra comforting to rub while it is worn.
The Roimata / drop is carved from pounamu we have collected from the Arahura River which is located between Greymouth and Hokitika on the West Coast of the South Island in New Zealand.
It is the Kokopu Pounamu which is named after the Kokopu - the native New Zealand trout. It is called this due to the unique colouring which mimics the colours in the Kokopu trout.
The Roimata / drop has an extremely strong, waxed nylon cord so the pendant can be worn ALL the time - even in any kind of water. The cord is adjustable by pinching the special knots between your thumb and finger and pulling.
Pendant Meaning: The Roimata / Kuru / Drop encourages knowledge, confidence and independence. It gives positive energy, helps healing and is often called the comfort stone.
