The Porohita's have been carved from pounamu we have collected from the South Westland Area, on the West Coast of the South Island. Inanga is a very rare, pale colouring of pounamu, named after the native Inanga fish, otherwise known as 'whitebait'.
Each Porohita is 17mm in diameter and is carved the same on both sides.
The earring findings are surgical steel so they are hypoallergenic so will not react with the skin. They have a sterling silver jumping and come with rubber keepers.
Earring Meaning: The Porohita / disc represents the circle of life which has no beginning or end. In life the opportunities are endless so with this pendant you can achieve whatever you want to in life.
