Each outside bead is 9mm in length and the middle one is 11mm. They are all 10mm in diameter.
The bracelet cord is 275mm in length but comes with instructions to be adjusted to fit any size of wrist smaller than this. However when adjusted it can not be made larger again.
The bracelet can be easily taken on and off by putting the small pounamu toggle through the loop in the cord. Although, the bracelet has been made so that it can be worn ALL the time and does not need to be taken off at all - even when you go in any kind of water.
The cord is extremely strong as it is four strands of 1.4mm thick cord that have been hand platted into a special, round, 4-plait cord.
The middle bead is carved from the pounamu collected from the Marsden area just outside of Greymouth, on the West Coast of the South Island in New Zealand.
The two outside beads are carved from pounamu collected from the Arahura River which runs between Greymouth and Hokitika, on the West Coast of the South Island in New Zealand.

If two or more people it shows your lives coming together in love, friendship and harmony.
The outside beads have a wave design carved into them representing the wearers journey through life. The small crescent shapes along that wave/journey can represent important people, places, times, events, accomplishments or achievements in the wearers life.
