The Roimata is 53mm long and 25mm at its widest. The back of the Roimata / Kuru / Drop is scalloped/shaped so that it is extra comforting to rub with the thumb while the pendant is being worn.
The Roimata / drop is carved from pounamu we have collected from the Marsden Valley in the Paroa area just outside of Greymouth on the West Coast of the South Island. It is the 'Marsden Flower Jade' and is called this because of the unique golden colours in the stone which are only found in the Marsden Valley.
The Roimata / drop has a waxed nylon cord so the pendant can be worn ALL the time. The cord is adjustable by pinching the special knots between your thumb and finger and pulling.
The Roimata / Kuru / Drop encourages knowledge, confidence and independence. It gives positive energy, helps healing and is often called the comfort stone.
